In such areas as budget management, contracting services, etiquette advice, coordinating decorative themes and colors, from invitations to cake. We offer different levels of service from planning the entire occasion to hourly consultations.
We work for you, not our vendors. We make our recommendations based on your needs and budget. We are continually networking with other industry professionals to expand our resources and knowledge. We do not take a commission for referring you to our vendors.
We do not have a one-size-fits-all philosophy about our packages. Any package can be customized to fit your desires. We understand that you should pay for only those services that you require. We are willing to assist you with as much or as little event coordination as needed.

We offer full-service wedding and event planning. Let us take the stress off you and create a memorable event. We can help coordinate or design your wedding, birthday party, or any event from start to finish, or just bring us in to finalize the details to enhance the experience. We work many local Ithaca area vendors, as well as vendors in Rochester, Syracuse, Skaneateles, and throughout the Finger Lakes area. Custom Design & Printing
We custom design and print invitations for Weddings, Anniversaries, Bar/Bat Mitzvahs, Birthdays, Dinners, Showers, and etc… We can also print envelope addresses, save the date cards, birth announcements, holiday cards, menus, programs, place cards, gift tags, and anything else you could think of printing. We can use your images or can provide custom artwork. We can print on paper that you provide or you can pick one of our specialty papers. Delivery usually takes between 2 – 3 weeks so plan accordingly, but rush orders are accepted for an additional fee. Call ahead for an appointment and come in to see our portfolio.

We feature customizable products, such as, notes, stamps, waste bins, plates, trays, papers, water bottles, lunch boxes, clipboards, and much more from Clairebella, Boatman Geller, and Felix Doolittle.
We are proud to be an Envelopments Dealer & Designer. We also carry specialty papers from Eco-friendly companies, such as, Waste Not Paper.
Gift Registry, Gift Wrapping, Gift Boxes & Baskets
We provide a gift registry service that can be posted here on our website, sent to friends and family, and available at our boutique.
We provide beautiful gift wrapping for all occasions to enhance any gift, whether purchased at Terra Rosa or not. We use high quality wrapping paper and some of the most exquisite ribbons available from Midori and Hannah Silk.

Hand lettering and scripting on mirrors customized to your event. We can provide the signage items or write on yours.
Rentals
We have several items available to rent for your next event. We have vintage furniture, mirrors, arbors, and other decor items.
